Practice Areas
Over the course of his 25-year career, Tomasz has been a trusted advisor to international clients across every major real estate sector — from logistics and office space to retail, leisure and residential projects. He guides clients through the full lifecycle of real estate investments: from land acquisition and development, through permitting, financing and leasing, all the way to successful exits and large-scale portfolio transfers.
In recent years, Tomasz has been particularly focused on real estate repurposing and the rapidly growing PRS sector. Based in Poland, he has represented leading global investors and developers in landmark projects in Poland, Ukraine, Hungary and Lithuania. His extensive experience also includes supporting international manufacturing companies operating in Poland on complex construction and labour matters.
Since joining Wolf Theiss, Tomasz has built and energised a dynamic Real Estate team in Poland, which he continues to lead with vision and momentum. As Co-Managing Partner, he also plays a key strategic role in guiding and inspiring the entire Warsaw office.
