Has acted in over 50 cases before Information Rights Tribunal, and in numerous information law cases at all appellate levels from Upper Tribunal to Supreme Court. Contributor to 'Supperstone, Goudie & Walker on Judicial Review' (LexisNexis 2017, and earlier editions); 'Computer Law' (OUP 2011); 'Media Law' (OUP 2009). Visiting Professor of Information Law at Northumbria University 2007-2013.
