Practice Areas
Zac has been involved in substantial and complex litigation in all of his practice areas, and is often instructed in cases where those areas intersect. He has appeared in the Supreme Court, the Court of Appeal, every division of the High Court, the EAT, the CAT and a number of specialist first- tier tribunals. Recent and ongoing (non-confidential) instructions include SMO v TikTok (representative action brought on behalf of all children in Europe against TikTok group companies); Oldknow v Evans (claim against Labour Party arising from leaked report concerning anti-semitism); Gale & Ors v Yorkshire Cricket Club (proceedings arising out of dismissals made in connection with Azeem Rafiq racism scandal) and Allen & Conti v Rabobank (employment claim concerning the scope of the employer's duty to indemnify employees and other issues).
