Tiago Piló

Employment and Labour, Employment and Labour Litigation, Collective Bargaining Agreements and Social Security

Tiago is a Partner in the Employment department at Andersen Portugal, with more than 30 years of experience advising national and international clients on Employment and Labour Law, Public Employment, Labour Litigation, Collective Bargaining Agreements and Social Security matters. He works closely with Human Resources teams on a daily basis, particularly in relation to workforce organisation, restructurings and complex employment matters.

Before joining Andersen Portugal as Partner in 2025, he was Senior Consultant and Co Head of the Employment practice at Vieira de Almeida between 2001 and 2025. Earlier in his career, he worked at ABBC – Azevedo Neves, Benjamim Mendes, Carvalho & Associados from 1993 to 2001.

Tiago was also a Lecturer at the Oporto Catholic University School of Law and is a member of the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA).

Admitted to the Portuguese Bar Association specialized in Labour Law.

Member of EELA - European Employment Lawyers Association.

Author of several publications on matters within his field of expertise.
