Previously Managing Partner and Head of Commercial, Contracts and Competition at PRA – Raposo, Sá Miranda & Associados, Miguel Miranda founded Sá Miranda & Associados in 2005, playing a decisive role in the merger of this law firm with Pedro Raposo & Associados e Almeida Correia, Ney da Costa & Associados, leading to PRA. He is also Member of the Competition Commission of the International Chamber of Commerce.
