Career

Founding and managing partner, Miguel heads the Competition & EU team, after leading the commercial contracts team. A leading commercial lawyer for 20 years, he is one of the advisers to corporations operating in the Porto region.

Law Degree in Faculdade de Direito da Universidade Portucalense; Lecturer on Commercial Law and Civil Procedure Law in several Portuguese and International Universities; Advanced Studies Diploma on Commercial Law in Facultad de Derecho of Universidad de Santiago de Compostela; LLM on Contract Law in Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Coimbra; Member of the Review Committee of the Angolan Commercial Law; Researcher in the ISDC – Institut Suisse de Droit Comparé (Lausanne); Member of the jury in the Portuguese Bar Association.
