Pedro Sá

Pedro is highly experienced in complex Corporate and M&A matters with in-depth knowledge on the negotiation, drafting and executing of all kinds of operations.

Before the integration in Andersen in 2026, Pedro waspartner, member of the Executive Committee and head of the corporate team of PRA in Porto's office. He focuses on corporate and M&A issues. On the transactional side, he frequently assists clients from different industries in cross-border matters involving European and Portuguese-speaking jurisdictions. Typical instructions also include advising companies on their internationalisation efforts. Pedro Sá is the key point of contact for clients from the Porto region.
