Leila leads the coprorate team at PRA Lisbon and her experience includes a huge range of complex corporate mandates involving SPVs, cross-border joint ventures and the incorporation of newly acquired companies abroad. She also conducts a number of transactions namely in M&A and Venture Capital.
Career
Leila sarted her career at PRA as a trainee Lawyer and is now Partner, Head of the corporate team in Lisbon.
Attended the Course of European Competition Law, University of Lisbon, Faculty of Law, participation in several Workshops , such as “Exports Taxation” and the Seminar “Investing in Brazil”, Portuguese Catholic University, Faculty of Law. Attended the intensive training course of Accounting, University of Lisbon, Faculty of Law, Economic, Financial and Tax Law Institute. Leila has a Masters degree in Civil Law and Business Law, Portuguese Catholic University, Faculty of Law (2013).
