Founded the Public Procurement area at PRA-Raposo, Sá Miranda & Associados. Works regularly with Government related agencies and bodies in what regards Public Contracts Policy and Legislative Drafting.

Law degree from the Faculty of Law, University of Coimbra (2003); Postgraduate studies in Regulatory Agencies and Disciplinary Powers, by the Faculty of Law, University of Lisbon (2008); Postgraduate studies in Law and Practice of Public Procurement by the Católica University (2010).

Member of the Public Procurement Group of CEDIPRE

Chairs the Audit Council of APMEP
