José has more than 30 years of experience in which he has advised companies on collective bargaining, including employment regulation proceedings, collective bargaining agreements and modification of conditions, as well as in the development and monitoring of equality plans.

Career

José is a partner in the Employment departament of Andersen in Iberia and he is the Managing Partner of the Lisbon office.
