Career
Pedro Raposo is Head of Corporate and Vice-President of Andersen Iberia following the integration of PRA – Raposo, Sá Miranda & Associados in 2026. He has more than 30 years of experience in corporate law and M&A.
Founder of Pedro Raposo & Associados (2001); Director with responsibility for the overall supervision and management of the firm’s activities (2015–2021) and partner in charge of the Corporate practice.
Law degree, Autónoma University of Lisbon (1993); Post graduation in Current affairs in Corporate Law, Portuguese Catholic University of Lisbon Law and Business School (2000).
Professional Memberships
Admitted to the Portuguese Bar Association.
President of the Portuguese Task Force on Green Economy at the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and has held a host of other senior roles in Portugal’s legal sector. These include: President of the Portuguese Law Firms Association (2011-14); President of the Lisbon Ethics Committee of the Portuguese Bar Association (2007-10); and Vice-President of the Lisbon District Council of the Portuguese Bar Association.
Currently he is President of ASAP’s General Assembly, Vice President of UIA’s Portuguese Committee. He is also a designated arbitrator at the Portuguese Chamber of Commerce Arbitration Centre.
