Thomas Frøbert

In addition to managing Bech-Bruun's tax group, one of the largest in the country, Thomas Frøbert is one of Denmark's leading advisers on tax, VAT and duties issues, and he renders legal advice to international as well as Danish enterprises on their tax, VAT and duty-related issues. He also handles a great number of court and administrative cases concerning VAT, registration fees and energy taxes.

Moreover, Thomas is a popular adviser in relation to tax planning in connection with business transactions as well as reorganisation of Danish and non-Danish corporations. Over the years Thomas has gained vast international experience in connection with cross-border projects where he mostly has advised on tax and VAT optimisation. Further, Thomas has particular experience from the technology sector where he advises tech giants and small tech enterprises on anything from VAT and duties to financing, group organisation and transfer pricing.

Thomas's tax law expertise was established during his student years. Having a handle on fairly complex legal issues and cracking the codes to these complex issues, that is what drives him.
