Career

Tereza Naučová is a member of the Corporate and M&A team at the Wolf Theiss office in the Czech Republic. Tereza provides advice to clients on all aspects of transactions, including transaction financing and FDI advisory. Her experience covers a very diverse portfolio of M&A work, providing both buyers and sellers with legal advisory during all stages of M&A transactions including due diligence, transaction documentation, related negotiations and assistance in the closing and post-closing phases. She also supports clients in joint ventures, restructurings and reorganisations. Tereza's clients include household names such as Audax Private Equity, American Industrial Partners and Bain Capital and she is particularly renowned for cross-border M&A advisory.
