Tereza Naučová leads the Corporate and M&A team at the Wolf Theiss office in the Czech Republic. Tereza provides advice to clients on all aspects of transactions, including transaction financing and FDI advisory. Her experience covers a very diverse portfolio of M&A work, providing both buyers and sellers with legal advisory during all stages of M&A transactions including due diligence, transaction documentation, related negotiations and assistance in the closing and post-closing phases. She also supports clients in joint ventures, restructurings and reorganisations. Tereza's clients include household names such as Audax Private Equity, American Industrial Partners and Bain Capital;she is particularly renowned for cross-border M&A advisory.
