Career

Teresa Pitôrra is a Senior Advisor with the Litigation & Arbitration practice where she has been actively involved in several high-profile R&I cases in a wide range of sectors, with special focus on industry and services, banking & finance and construction covering several jurisdictions such as Angola, Cape Verde and Brazil.

With a deep knowledge of insolvency and restructuring laws, Teresa has been representing and advising national and international clients within insolvency proceedings and judicial restructurings, either as creditors or debtor, always guaranteeing the defense of their best interests, often with creative and innovative solutions. Teresa also has a relevant role in complex out of court debt restructuring matters that required innovative legal constructions.
