Isabel Gião Andrade joined VdA in 2010. Former Head Partner of the firm's Porto office and partner of the Governance practice.

For the past years Isabel has worked extensively in commercial, contractual and corporate law, as well as competition law. Isabel also focuses on the emerging technology and industrial sectors.

She has also been involved in several transactions, in Portugal and abroad, mainly focused on mergers and acquisitions in different sectors of the economic activity, incorporating and restructuring of legal entities, organizing the contractual planning of commercial distribution and supply networks of goods and services.
