Joined Vda in 2007. Benedita is a Partner integrated in the Labour practice. Acting on behalf of domestic and foreign clients, from all sectors (namely industry, hospitality, healthcare) she provides daily assistance in all areas of labour and social security law and has been involved in several restructuring processes, lay-off procedures, labor individual and collective negotiation, disciplinary proceedings labor, inspections’ assistance and professional training regarding different labour matters. Furthermore, labour litigation is a very significant part of her activity.
