Francisco Sá Carneiro joined VdA in 2022 as Partner of the Corporate and M&A practice. Francisco has more than thirty-five years of practice and is recognised for his vast expertise in M&A, banking and finance, corporate and commercial and capital markets. Previously he was founding partner of a number of renowned law firms in Portugal, where he held executive roles and was involved in several transactions at a national and international level.
