Teja Balažic Jerovšek

Teja joined Wolf Theiss in 2011, she specialises in employment law and dispute resolution. She leads the employment team at Wolf Theiss Ljubljana. In her prior career she worked also at the District Court in Kranj, one local litigation law firm and one commercial law firm in Slovenia. Her career experience includes advising local and international clients from a number of industry sectors (banking, insurance, pharmaceutical, food, retail, transportation) in their day-to-day business and in challenging reorganisational proceedings (e.g. collective redundancies, transfer of undertaking); often coordinating cross-border projects. She represents clients in negotiations with works councils and trade unions as well as in complex litigation proceedings before courts. Teja holds employment seminars and in-house workshops for clients and writes labour law related articles for international journals.
