She has experience advising clients on compliance with labour and social security regulations, workforce hiring and management, the drafting and review of employment agreements, the development and implementation of internal employment policies and protocols, as well as employee terminations and other matters arising from the management of employment relationships.
Tamara also represents and assists companies in administrative labour proceedings before the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Welfare, as well as in employment litigation before the courts at both first and appellate instance.
Her practice also encompasses employment-related immigration and international workforce mobility matters, including compliance with labour and immigration requirements applicable to foreign employees.
Tamara also has experience in civil and commercial dispute resolution. She has participated in ordinary and enforcement proceedings, including debt recovery and commercial disputes, and in the preparation of legal reports and analyses aimed at assessing risks and developing favourable strategies for clients.
Before joining FERRERE, Tamara worked as a legal assistant in the civil and employment litigation practices of a renowned law firm in Santa Cruz de la Sierra.
