Eduardo Ammatuna is a partner at FERRERE Paraguay, where he leads the Labor department, as well as the office’s waterway practice.

He has significant experience in handling complex labor and corporate issues for his clients, who include major multinational and local companies such as Pedidos Ya, Raízen, Alorica, 3M, Uber, Logicalis, Cervepar (AB Inveb), Claro, Roche, Hidrovías do Brasil, Nestlé, Puma Energy and Assist Card.

In corporate law he advises DSM Nutritional Products, Adium, ATLANSUR, General Motors, Valvoline, and Interbarge on day-to day corporate matters.

He also heads up the waterway practice at the Paraguay office, advising multinationals of the stature of Cargill Navíos, Interbarge, Hidrovías do Brasil, LHG Navegación, Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC) and Trafigura (Impala) on their operations using the Paraguay-Paraná Waterway. This includes assistance on highly complex matters as well as regulatory procedures related to company authorizations as shipowners, obtaining and renewing all permits and licenses to operate Paraguay flag river vessels, shipowner corporate restructurings, flag registry cessations, etc.
