Eduardo possesses extensive experience advising, assisting, and representing national and multinational companies that operate in the shipping industry, in all legal aspects related to navigation.

Career

His experience includes assistance on highly complex issues, such as sale and acquisition of shipowner companies, corporate restructuring processes of shipowner companies and the incorporation of vessels to the Paraguayan flag; as well as issues related to the day-to-day management of the fluvial/maritime business. Prominent clients in his area of expertise include multinationals such as MSC, J&F Investimentos, Navios, Cargill, AGUNSA, Interbarge, Impala (Trafigura Group) and Wartsila.

Furthermore, within the area of corporate law, Eduardo regularly advises leading clients in their respective industries, such as Valvoline, DSM Nutritional Products, Farmaceútica Paraguaya (Adium Group), Nestlé, Robert Bosch and General Motors, with day-to-day corporate matters and special business projects.

Eduardo has extensive experience in labour law, both working with renowned foreign companies and with FERRERE's labour team.
