Highly experienced in all common and alternative means of judiciary recovery, conducting and monitoring mechanisms, and personal and accounting procedures leading to insolvency. Susana is able to act on large-scale litigation proceedings, related to enforcing payment of claims and safeguarding the rights of the debtor, as well as, offering preventive advice and day-to-day management to clients and its suppliers, creditors and debtors.
The partner is specialized in advising clients on PER (Revitalization Special Proceedings) and has unmatched expertise on high stakes mandates on the debtor side.
