Steve L Camahort

Steve Camahort is a partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity practices. He is also the co-chair of the firm’s San Francisco office. Steve has extensive experience in M&A and related corporate governance issues. He has worked for corporate clients, private equity funds and financial advisors in negotiated and hostile transactions, with a particular emphasis on the technology and life science sectors. He also does extensive work for the portfolio companies of his financial sponsor clients.
