Stephanie Sparks is an experienced commercial litigator who represents clients in complex business disputes and regulatory proceedings across highly regulated industries.

She is known for handling matters where legal, operational, and reputational risks intersect, bringing strategic judgment and practical insight to every stage of litigation.

Stephanie serves as lead counsel in a wide range of complex commercial disputes, including breach of contract, business torts, fraud, and restrictive covenant actions. She is experienced in trial, arbitration, and appellate proceedings, and is recognized for developing litigation strategies that align with her clients’ business priorities and drive efficient, value focused outcomes.

Within her broader litigation practice, Stephanie has significant experience in the energy sector, representing electric utilities, generators, retail electric providers (REP), customers, and investors in disputes and regulatory matters involving power rates, pricing, contractual rights, operations, and compliance. She regularly appears before the Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT) and the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT), offering a litigation-informed perspective that helps clients navigate complex regulatory frameworks.

Stephanie also advises clients in other regulated industries, including health care and finance, on litigation and compliance matters. Across all sectors, she focuses on proactive risk management and results oriented advocacy that supports her clients’ long term business goals.
