Kimberley E Lunetta

Kimberley Lunetta is a trial lawyer and employment advisor skilled at helping clients avoid and navigate complex workplace challenges.

Taking a business-minded approach, she partners with in-house counsel and HR leaders to resolve disputes, strengthen compliance and promote effective workforce management. When necessary to enforce clients’ contractual and other rights, or to defend employers facing discrimination, retaliation and restrictive covenant claims, Kim litigates cases in federal and state courts through to bench and jury trials, and in FINRA, AAA and JAMS arbitrations, through to final awards.

Kim also serves as s a trusted counselor, advising employers on leave and accommodation issues, executive agreements and separations, and compliance with workplace laws. She also conducts litigation avoidance training for managers and HR professionals and handles internal investigations, often for companies in the financial services, life sciences, and consumer product industries.
