She advises on day-to-day workplace decisions, hiring, employee discipline, leaves of absence, terminations, harassment, discrimination and retaliation allegations, among other workplace issues. She guides employers through investigations, internal complaints and whistleblower claims based on their risk profile, operational priorities and business objectives.
Clients also rely on Libby to structure and negotiate employment and separation agreements, audit workplace policies and training practices, and conduct employment-related due diligence in corporate transactions. They also frequently retain her to serve as an independent investigator in workplace investigations involving senior personnel.
