Mr. Connelly focuses his practice on the representation of defense and civil government contractors in litigation and counseling covering all aspects of federal procurement law. He has extensive experience representing contractors in bid protests at the Government Accountability Office (GAO) and the Court of Federal Claims, in False Claims Act cases throughout the United States and in the preparation and litigation of claims. Mr. Connelly also has vast experience handling internal investigations, voluntary disclosures and all aspects of the Federal Acquisition Regulation and government contract-related statutes, as well as developing compliance programs for government contractors. In addition, he has significant experience dealing with myriad issues that arise from the acquisition and sale of government contracts.
