Jeff VonDruska is a Shareholder in the Chicago office of Vedder Price and a member of the firm’s Investment Services practice group and Private Fund Formation sub-group.

His practice includes the representation of investment advisers, family offices, private funds, institutional investors, registered funds and other financial institutions on a broad range of legal, regulatory, formation, operational and compliance matters.

Mr. VonDruska has significant experience in regulatory and compliance matters affecting investment advisers, including registration and marketing. He also regularly counsels clients with respect to examinations and investigations conducted by the Securities and Exchange Commission and other regulators.

Mr. VonDruska routinely handles legal matters relating to the formation and operation of a broad range of investment structures, including hedge funds, private equity funds, commodity pools and managed accounts.

He also regularly represents institutional investors with respect to investments in private funds, co-investments, single investor funds and investment management agreements.

Mr. VonDruska is a frequent writer and speaker on matters impacting investment advisers and private funds.
