Sijbren Kuiper

Sijbren is a specialist pension lawyer with a practice spanning both advisory and contentious work. He acts for pension funds, pension service providers, and Dutch and international employers across the full range of pension matters, including outsourcing and administration agreements, collective value transfers, scheme changes and de-risking, works council consultation processes, mandatory sector pension fund participation disputes, and regulatory compliance. He is a seasoned litigator with a track record in complex pension disputes.
