Pim Jansen is Of Counsel in Van Doorne’s European & Competition Law team. His practice spans competition law (including cartel, dominance and merger-control strategy), State aid and SGEI/DAEB structuring, and the broader field of economic administrative law in regulated sectors such as energy and social housing. In addition, Pim advises on strategic autonomy questions that increasingly shape Dutch and European regulation and enforcement priorities, including foreign direct investment (FDI) screening.
Pim Jansen is Of Counsel at Van Doorne. In parallel, Pim serves as Professor at Erasmus School of Law, focusing on economic administrative law and related EU-law themes.
