Harm-Paul advises asset managers, pension funds and other institutional investors on, among other things, discretionary and fiduciary/integrated asset management and on the regulatory laws and regulations in the field of (collective) asset management (including the Wft, AIFMD, MiFID II, UCITS, PRIIPS, EuVECA, EuSEF, SFDR and the Taxonomy Regulation). For example, he is involved in negotiating and advising on investment management agreements (IMAs), fiduciary management agreements and custody agreements in his daily practice. In addition, Harm-Paul’s focus is on setting up and advising on investment funds, including private equity funds, hedge funds and real estate funds.
