Shirley Wyles is a partner in our Edinburgh office where she is the head of our Scottish property team. With more than 20 years of experience, she is highly skilled in dealing with insurance litigation. She has particular expertise in fire, flooding, drainage, geotechnical and product liability cases.
Shirley regularly defends and pursues subrogated recoveries on behalf of her insurer, corporate and public body clients. Other areas of expertise include the provision of policy response and coverage advice.
