Career

Seth’s extensive litigation experience includes more than 115 jury trial days in high-stakes cases across multiple industries, leveraging his unique presentation skills to educate and persuade both judges and juries.

Seth focuses his practice on litigation and trial work, representing clients in complex business disputes and products liability lawsuits. With extensive experience in state and federal courtrooms, he handles cases involving complex contract disputes, products liability, medical device litigation, Affordable Care Act litigation, and class actions.

Seth regularly serves as lead and local counsel, offering insight and creative solutions for modern legal challenges. His clients span various industries, including consumer products, retail, food and beverage, insurance, health care, and life sciences.
