• Counsel in arbitration process promoted by conflict in the supply of modified asphalt in representation of a company of the hydrocarbon sector, which involved the design and execution of the strategy of the whole process, which culminated in an award in favor of the client for an amount superior to US$ 370,000.00.

• Co-counsel in representation of a foreign investor in the process of preparation and sale of a company dedicated to tourism development. The assistance involved the execution of a Due Diligence process to ensure compliance with all corporate and other obligations, which concluded with the structuring of the instruments for the closing of the transaction that was superior to US$ 5,000,000.00.

• Advisor in the design and structuring of the instruments for the acquisition of goods for the commercialization of hydrocarbons for an amount superior to US$ 2,500,000.00.
