Dr. Selim is widely recognised for his deep understanding of the Turkish market and his ability to structure, negotiate, and execute sophisticated cross-border M&A transactions.

In addition to his transactional practice, Dr. Selim is a leading authority on anti-bribery, corruption, and compliance matters and serves as the Firm’s Anti-Bribery and Corruption Officer. He regularly advises clients on the design, localisation, and implementation of compliance programmes, as well as on internal and cross-border investigations, including global investigations with FCPA exposure. His experience spans investigations involving anti-bribery laws, public procurement regulations, healthcare and medical ethics, corporate governance, and diversity and inclusion standards. He is also highly experienced in managing regulatory risk and developing effective strategies to address complex compliance challenges and their potential consequences.
