Kağan leads a sizeable team of lawyers covering technology, data and intellectual property matters ranging from IT sourcing and outsourcing, privacy and cybersecurity, digital platforms, social media, e-commerce and digital payments, payment and e-money services, and advertising, media, entertainment, software licensing, cloud and SaaS arrangements to trademark prosecution and portfolio management, trademark and copyright litigation, and IP enforcement.
