Doğan Eymirlioğlu is a partner heading the Arbitration Practice of the Firm.

He acts as party counsel and arbitrator in ICC, UNCITRAL, ISTAC, and ad hoc arbitrations under a variety of governing laws including in particular Turkish and Swiss laws. He was recognized by the Client Choice as exclusive winner of the 2019 Client Choice Awards for Arbitration & ADR in Türkiye. He is a member of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR, ISTAC’s Advisory Board and its Companies Law and M&A Law Commission. He also serves as a board member of Istanbul Arbitration Association.

He has led foreign direct investment projects, including green field investments, joint ventures, and M&As, advising foreign and local investors, including private equity funds, on corporate, contract, and public procurement matters. He advises major brands in distribution and franchising matters and is a recognised leader in the field.

He has extensive experience in high-profile domestic and cross-border transactions, with sector focus in energy, insurance, life sciences, manufacturing, and hotels & leisure.

He also has extensive experience in public contracts, privatizations, and PPPs, having advised on major tenders such as healthcare PPPs, stadium constructions, infrastructure projects, and the sale of government-seized assets.
