Okan Arıcan is Partner in the Firm’s Corporate and M&A practice, with extensive experience advising fast-growing technology and innovation-driven companies. He works with clients across software, digital media, e-commerce, big data & AI, fintech, prop tech, health tech, and gaming sectors, providing comprehensive legal support at every stage of their growth.

Okan regularly counsels clients on transactional matters, including venture capital, seed and angel financings, asset and share acquisitions, convertible debt transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. He also advises on corporate governance, joint ventures, strategic transactions, and general corporate legal matters, ensuring clients have a robust foundation to grow and scale.

In addition, Okan provides strategic guidance to entrepreneurs, addressing issues such as equity financing, intellectual property protection, and employment and compensation frameworks, helping startups navigate complex legal and business challenges.
