Özge is a Partner and Co-Head of the Firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice, with more than 20 years of experience advising Turkish and multinational clients on complex and high-value disputes.

Her practice focuses on commercial and corporate litigation, including rental and lease disputes, employment litigation, customer and shareholder claims, tort actions and settlement negotiations.

She regularly represents leading Turkish and international companies active in the retail, franchising and distribution, energy and infrastructure sectors.

Özge is particularly experienced in cross-border corporate and commercial disputes, where she combines strong theoretical knowledge with international work experience to develop effective and commercially sound litigation strategies. She frequently advises on dispute-related aspects of due diligence projects and provides strategic corporate law advice, including the preparation of legal opinions and memoranda.
