Ali has extensive experience advising on M&A transactions, particularly in the manufacturing, real estate, infrastructure, retail, and technology sectors. He regularly represents local conglomerates and foreign investors in strategic investments, including M&A transactions, greenfield and brownfield projects, and other large-scale investments in Türkiye.

In addition to his M&A practice, Ali is highly regarded for his expertise in real estate and construction law. His work covers title and zoning matters, construction and development agreements (including FIDIC contracts), commercial and retail lease agreements, and hospitality-related arrangements, such as hotel management and franchise agreements. He advises a broad client base including owners, developers, investors, and operators involved in business complexes, shopping centres, hotels, manufacturing facilities, and vacant land projects.
