He advises multinational and Turkish banks in real estate finance, asset finance and leasing, project finance, syndicated lending structured finance projects and restructurings (including litigation and foreclosure proceedings). He has extensive experience in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and green field development projects, particularly in the energy sector.

He advises multinational and Turkish energy companies, developers and financial institutions on turnkey power generation facilities, renewable energy, electricity, waste-to-energy, PPP and project finance projects. His real estate experience includes direct and indirect provision of equity to investment and development projects. His clients include owners, developers, investors, and others in connection with the development, purchase, sale, and exchange of commercial real estate such as business complexes, shopping centres, hotels and vacant land for development purposes.
