Scott Stitt is a nationally recognized first-chair trial lawyer with a practice at the intersection of ERISA, employee benefits, executive compensation, and high-stakes business and employment litigation—areas that increasingly converge in the most complex disputes facing corporations, plan fiduciaries, and executives today. As lead trial counsel, Scott has represented Fortune 500 companies, ESOP and defined benefit plan trustees, corporations, physician groups, and individual executives in federal class action litigation and multimillion-dollar disputes. Scott also maintains an active executive compensation litigation practice, handling disputes over bonuses, deferred compensation, and the vesting of restricted equity—matters that frequently intersect with ERISA and employment law—before state courts, federal courts, and in arbitration.
