Extensive experience in securities and other complex commercial litigation. Handles financial crisis litigation and other matters for Bank of American/Merrill Lynch, Societe Generale, UBS. Advises issuers (including Asia-based related to their IPO's in the U.S.) and underwriters in securities litigation around globe and counsels clients in variety of other litigation matters, including before NY's highest court in a landmark decision concerning turnover proceedings.
