Sarah is a partner and head of the Commercial & Technology team specialising in Digital & Technology. She has extensive experience advising on a broad range of technology contracts including those with an international aspect and has particular experience in Adtech. Sarah is a very experienced data protection lawyer holding the CIPP/E certification for European data protection law. She regularly advises tech companies on data protection issues including cross border data transfers. Sarah’s clients include well known online publishers as well as global IT support companies, platform owners, IoT companies and cloud solution providers. Sarah frequently works as quasi in-house counsel for a number of her clients acting either as sole legal counsel or as an extension to their legal team, providing pragmatic and commercial legal advice.

Career

Sarah qualified in 2003 and has provided specialist technology advice for over 20 years.

Sarah originally joined Boyes Turner in 2005 and worked there until 2018. She returned and was appointed Head of the Commercial & Technology team in 2022 after working at a London firm.
