Richard is a Senior Associate - Solicitor in the Property Disputes team. He specialises in commercial and residential disputes covering areas including statutory lease extensions, contractual disputes, dilapidation disputes/negotiations, complex defended possession matters, HMO licensing and enforcement, disrepair claims as well as providing restrictive covenant, right of way and adverse possession advice.
Richard has experience in County Court, High Court and First Tier Property Tribunal cases.
Richard started his career at a specialist Landlord and Tenant Property firm in Hampshire before moving to work for Boyes Turner LLP in 2022. Richard works for Property Owners/Developers and commercial tenants and has close with managing agents all over the country.
