Russell advises a number of high profile clients including national house builders and telecommunications companies on all aspects of development and landlord & tenant disputes. His areas of expertise also include disputed break clauses, rights of way, rights to light, adverse possession, restrictive covenants, boundary issues and contested leasehold enfranchisement.
Russell trained in Reading, qualifying in 2000 and moving to Boyes Turner in 2009.
He is a member of the Property Litigation Association and has ensured that the firm is now a member of the Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners.
Russell enjoys snowboarding, attending music gigs and going on walking holidays with his family.
