Lauren Ainsley

Lauren is a Senior Associate-Solicitor in the Development and House Building team specialising in residential development including site acquisitions and disposals, development finance and land promotion. She acts for a variety of house builders, commercial developers, investors and land traders, as well as having experience acting for borrowers and lenders in connection with secured lending.

Lauren acts on all elements of a development site, from acquisition to setting the site up for plot sales. This includes any overage arrangements, infrastructure & planning agreements, joint venture agreements, promotion agreements and financing.

Lauren trained and qualified as a solicitor in 2019 at a regional firm before joining Boyes Turner in 2023.

Lauren enjoys reading, walking her dog Henry and spending time in Cornwall.
