Sarah Beth Rizzo

Counsels clients on a wide range of federal income tax matters, including initial public offerings, transactions involving real estate investment trusts (REITs) and partnerships, Up-C structures, tax-free and taxable acquisitions, mergers and dispositions, reorganizations, spin-offs, restructurings, private and public securities offerings, financings, private equity, joint ventures and foreign investments in the United States under the Foreign Investment Real Property Tax Act (FIRPTA). Also has experience in assisting clients in obtaining private letter rulings from the IRS and in representing clients on matters relating to audits and tax controversy before the IRS.
