Santiago Madalena

Santiago, partner, is a lawyer of the Labor and Litigation Departments of Guyer & Regules since 2009. His practice focuses on employment and social security advice of national and foreign enterprises, outsourcing contracts, hiring of employees, advice on specific benefits for the different sectors of activity, amongst others activities. He acts in labor proceedings before Courts, as well as during collective bargaining, collective conflicts and before Ministry of Labor and Social Security.

Professor of Social Security (Catholic University of Uruguay) and Assistant Professor of Labour Law (University of Montevideo) since 2012.
