Practice Areas
Santiago is a lawyer of the Labor and Litigation Departments of Guyer & Regules since 2009. His practice focuses on employment and social security advice of national and foreign enterprises, outsourcing contracts, hiring of employees, advice on specific benefits for the different sectors of activity, amongst others activities. He acts in labor proceedings before Courts, as well as during collective bargaining, collective conflicts and before Ministry of Labor and Social Security.

On June 25, International Labour Organization (ILO) Convention N° 190 on violence and harassment in the world of work (hereinafter the ‘Convention’) will enter into force, as it was ratified by Uruguay passing Law N° 19.849, making it the first country in the world to do so in December 2019.
