Javier Napoleone

Javier Napoleone, lawyer, is a member of Corporate Law Department and in the Banking & Finance

Department. He regularly counsels companies within the financial industry. He participates regularly in project

development and finance transactions within the infrastructure and energy sector, both on the sponsor and

lender side, capital markets and M&A transactions, both cross-border and domestic, across several

industries.

He also represents a wide range of lenders and corporate borrowers in financing transactions, and counsels

companies in their day-to-day operations in Uruguay, from a corporate and regulatory perspective.

Javier participated in Uruguay's first issuance of Social Impact Bonds (SIB), raising funds to improve education infrastructure in the country.
