industries.

companies in their day-to-day operations in Uruguay, from a corporate and regulatory perspective.
Javier participated in Uruguay's first issuance of Social Impact Bonds (SIB), raising funds to improve education infrastructure in the country.
Javier graduated from Columbia University (LL.M), where he graduated as Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar in
recognition of his academic achievement. He practiced in the New York offices of Shearman & Sterling LLP.
