Nicolás Piaggio is Co-Chair of the Firm. He works mainly in the Banking and Corporate Department. His experience includes the participation in financing transactions and debt restructurings, sovereign debt transactions (including a direct participation in the several Uruguayan successful multi-billion sovereign debt exchanges), public and private securities' offers, corporate work specializing in complex mergers and acquisitions.

Career

Master in Corporate Law at the University of Montevideo (2000). Linklaters - New York (September 1997 - November 1998). Professor of Banking and Securities Regulations at the Universidad de Montevideo.
